Undergraduate Research Grant

Empowering BUET's final-year students to pursue innovative, faculty-supervised research.

Each year, RISE allocates a significant budget for undergraduate student research projects. It is offered to the final-year students of BUET on a competitive basis for carrying out innovative research that will strengthen innovative practice, learning and research capacity. Each funded project is supervised by a faculty advisor.

To be eligible for an undergraduate research grant, students must satisfy the following minimum requirements:

  • The applicants must be final-year undergraduate students.
  • The proposal must be a part of the final-year thesis and project.
  • The students may apply individually or as a team.
  • The applicants must have an officially-assigned supervisor.
